Postnatal Cardio // HIIT
Our PHIIT & Cardio Flow classes are fun, fast paced, highly effective, & challenging workouts specifically designed to get your heart rate up & your muscles burning all while incorporating diaphragmatic breath, correct recruitment of the core and pelvic floor, and proper alignment into each exercise + movement. These classes move faster and are more advanced, therefore we do NOT recommend these classes for beginners or mothers in the first 4-6 months postpartum. We highly recommend completing our Core Restore series and building a strong foundation through our other classes first, and if you can - see a pelvic floor physical therapist for an assessment before jumping in to more advanced workouts.
