Our PHIIT, Cardio Flow, & MotherUP classes are fun, fast paced, highly effective, & challenging workouts specifically designed to get your heart rate up & your muscles burning all while incorporating diaphragmatic breath, correct recruitment of the core and pelvic floor, and proper alignment into each exercise + movement. These classes move faster and are more advanced, We do not recommend these classes for beginners or mothers in the first 4-6 months postpartum.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
*3, 5, or 8lb set of dumbbells
*Resistance band loop
*15lb kettlebell
*Mat
