Join Sarah for a quick and sweaty Tabata style workout to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping! If you aren't yet familiar with Tabata, it is a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT) designed to train all of your energy systems by providing you with short bursts of high intensity work followed by short rest periods. That very short interval isn't enough to allow you to fully recover, which is one reason it's great for building endurance and strength, plus it's super fun!!
*While this is a lower impact workout, it is an advanced + moves fast, so it should not be attempted if newly postpartum. We highly recommend having a true understanding of our fundamentals and a foundation of strength before attempting this workout.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
*Mat
*Kettlebell or dumbbell (15-25+ lbs depending on fitness level)
