3rd Trimester Birth Prep
Our workouts are designed for every stage of pregnancy and are safe to continue to do right up until labor as long as there is no medical reason you should not continue exercising, or if you prefer to slow things down. However there are things you can begin incorporating into your routine in the last few weeks of pregnancy to help prepare your body & pelvic floor for birth, safely practice "pushing", and prepare yourself for the postpartum period. This section will provide you with tools to help you better prepare for birth!
*Please note - If you are experiencing any signs of symphysis pubis dysfunction or pelvic pain, please be sure to check out our videos on pelvic pain in the Prenatal Corrective Exercise section on the platform.
