Here is how it works. In each video we demonstrate how to perform the exercises, then YOU decide how many reps feels good! We recommend between 12-15 reps and between 2-4 rounds but do what feels good to you! One day may be different from another based on time, motivation, and energy levels. Feel free to mix it up, too! You can use any of the exercises provided in these sections to create a workout of your own too or do them in any order you wish.
