Prenatal 28-Day Series 2
29 Seasons
Our 28 day prenatal series is designed to build strength + endurance, establish a deep connection to your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy, prepare your body (and mind) for labor + pushing more effectively during birth, and keep you motivated with different workouts, goals, and intentions for each day! This series can be done as a way to kickstart your experience using LUNA Online, as a 28-day "challenge" to keep you motivated, or simply as a guide. You can also revisit this series and do it again as many times as you wish!
