Prenatal 28-Day Series 2

Prenatal 28-Day Series 2

29 Seasons

Our 28 day prenatal series is designed to build strength + endurance, establish a deep connection to your core and pelvic floor during pregnancy, prepare your body (and mind) for labor + pushing more effectively during birth, and keep you motivated with different workouts, goals, and intentions for each day! This series can be done as a way to kickstart your experience using LUNA Online, as a 28-day "challenge" to keep you motivated, or simply as a guide. You can also revisit this series and do it again as many times as you wish!

Please consult with your physician or health care provider before beginning any exercise program. LUNA Mother Co is not a licensed medical care provider and therefor the information provided is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have ANY concerns postpartum, please contact your health care provider right away. NEVER use information you find on this platform as a replacement for medical care. We always recommend seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist for a full assessment both during pregnancy and postpartum.
