You will gain the knowledge and tools you need to help you build a stronger and more functional core than ever before! Start to heal from Diastasis Recti & Pelvic Floor incontinence, learn to manage symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and move in a safer and more supportive way, and restore overall core strength and function.
