Restorative yoga is a very healing practice that helps to quiet the mind, deeply relax the body, and opens the doors for healing and balance to be restored. Restorative yoga has also been shown to reset the nervous system, improve blood flow, boost the immune system, and deepen one's connection to their body.
Supta Baddha Konasana helps to stimulate the reproductive and abdominal organs, improve blood flow and circulation, lengthen the muscles of the inner thighs and release tight hips flexors, and can help to relieve symptoms of stress.
