Our MotherUP class is our most advanced class designed for our experienced mamas and women how have healed from diastasis recti & pelvic floor considerations. MotherUP is a fun, fast paced, effective, & challenging HIIT (high intensity interval training) class specifically designed to get your heart rate up & your muscles burning! We introduce more advanced movements, heavier weight, and plyometric style exercises for a full on sweat session that will boost metabolic rate, build endurance, and challenge you in new and fun ways!
*This class should not be attempted until you have mastered our fundamentals, completed our Core Restore series, and built a strong foundation. NOT recommended for pregnancy.
*10-15lb kettlebell or dumbbell
