That's why we created this Postnatal Vacation Series Challenge with a wide variety of ways to stay moving while traveling using only your own body weight (and an optional resistance band.)
Follow along with the provided calendars, or mix and match to create your own exercise routine while you travel, whether it's for a weekend at the beach, a few weeks abroad, or several different trips!
