If you have completed our Core Restore series, have mastered the core connection breath, have built a strong foundation and are feeling ready to start incorporating more advanced exercises into your workouts and/or want to return to higher impact activities such as running, DON"T SKIP THIS VIDEO!!! If you are newly postpartum, or are at any stage postpartum but are experiencing pain or pressure in your pelvic floor, leak urine during certain movements or when you laugh, cough, sneeze, etc then we strongly recommend starting with the foundations first (and seeing a pelvic floor PT if you can!)
