Not only does having strong inner thighs help protect the low back, hips, knees, and ankles by taking some of the pressure off of the joints, but also helps to improve mobility and stability as well. Give this inner thigh and lower core circuit a try. You'll be feeling the burn in no time!
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
*2 sliding discs OR you can use washcloths or socks on your feet on a hard surface, or magazines, paper plates, or board books on carpet
*Mat
*Yoga block, pilates ball, OR a small firm pillow
