Postnatal 28-Day Series 2
Our 28 day postnatal series is designed to build strength + endurance, reclaim a deep connection to your core and pelvic floor regardless of how old your children are, help heal diastasis & pelvic floor conditions, and become STRONGER than EVER! This series will keep you motivated through different workouts, goals, and intentions on each day! This series can be done as a way to kickstart your experience using LUNA Online, as a 28-day "challenge" to keep you motivated, or simply as a guide. You can also revisit this series and do it again as many times as you wish!
