Hi Mamas - Awhile ago I did a short video Sara led to get the glutes fired up and activated and she mentioned it was great pre-runs. My glutes are super lazy and right now having a lot of tightness in my hips because of it. I thought this video would be great to do in the mornings but I've spent so much time searching and cannot find the video. I know there was some movements getting up from sitting position on a chair or bench. Thanks!

I don't think I've come across that video yet but I am doing the Core Restore program and there is glute work throughout - bridge variations and an exercise I really like for glutes, hamstrings and quads in Week 1 where you start kneeling then rise straight up onto your knees. Hope that helps!
