Hello! I am currently two months postpartum and I started the Core Restore series. I love them so far but I noticed there are lots of movements with shoulder propped up such as being on all fours and lifting one arm and one leg up. I have a shoulder injury and cannot be on my shoulders for long. Are there any kind of modifications I can do? Thank you so much!
