Our 28 day series is officially on! Who is joining us?! We want to hear from you! If you didn't know, we created 28 days of workouts, meditations, and built in rest days for you to follow along with! We are doing the series right along with you and are here to encourage & support you! Hello mamas! We are on day 10 of the 28 day series! Today is all about Mama Strong. How is everyone doing? We want to hear from you! I am finding that the best time for me to squeeze in my workouts is during my daughter's morning nap while my son does his workbook for school. What about you?
