This series is designed specifically for the first 6 - 8 weeks postpartum and will give you the information and tools to begin reconnecting with your pelvic floor and core, ways to aide the healing process, and how to begin moving safer through your daily movements to best support your postpartum body and healing journey. Learn about the physical changes that occur in your body postpartum, supplies to have on hand for a smoother initial postpartum recovery, caring for your stitches or c-section site, and other ways to promote the healing process. We also address other important factors such as maternal mental health, nurturing your partnership as new parents, returning to exercise postpartum, and more.
