Sliding discs are a fun way to add a whole new element to your workout! You will feel it in muscles you never even knew you had! Sliders also help challenge balance, cultivating a deeper connection to the inner core and building stability and strength. And the good news is, you don't need an actual sliding disc to do it! (see below)
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
*Sliding Disc OR paper plate, magazine, paperback book or board book on carpeted surfaces, a sock on sliding foot or hand towel under sliding foot on hard surfaces
*Set of light hand weights (optional)
