There are two circuits in this advanced workout. In the first circuit, do 12-15 reps of each exercise, repeating through again on the other side for one full round. Aim to complete 4 rounds total, and then move on to the second circuit. In the second circuit, aim to do 20 reps of each exercise (there are three) repeating through for as many rounds as possible!
