Our signature LUNA Fusion class is a high intensity, low impact total body workout will provide you with a safe, sweaty, highly effective, yet still challenging way to exercise throughout your pregnancy and post-baby (regardless of how old your kiddos are!) By combining larger compound exercises with intervals of smaller, isometric movements we will get you to tap into the two main muscle types to help build strength, improve stability, balance & posture, and increase muscular endurance. We will teach you how to properly integrate your pelvic floor and deep core muscles into each exercise and movement, building a truly strong & functional core unit. Safe for pregnant & postpartum mamas.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT:
*Mat
*Set of 3-5lb hand weights
*12-15lb dumbbell or kettlebell
*Mini resistance band
