Prenatal LUNA Barre
LUNA Barre is our own strategic approach to Barre fitness. We have created a highly effective workout that combines elements of pilates, strength training, cardio, and yoga. With a strong focus on correct pelvic floor & core integration, dynamic breath led movement, & proper alignment our LUNA Barre class will build strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, stability, balance, and improve posture to help you prepare for labor, move better during pregnancy, and prevent + ease common pregnancy related aches and pains.
RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT FOR OUR BARRE CLASSES:
*Set of 3 or 5lb hand weights
*Resistance band loop
*Straight back chair
