Our Cardio Flow class is a fun, fast paced, highly effective & challenging workout specifically designed to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning, all while incorporating diaphragmatic breath, correct recruitment of the core & pelvic floor, and proper alignment into each exercise + movement. Using a combination of light hand weights and one's own body weight, we will flow from one movement right into the next with the beat of the music to keep you continuously moving, sweating, and having fun! Safe for pregnant & postpartum mamas.
*This class was filmed during the COVID-19 crisis with limited resources and without our wonderful production crew, in an effort to continue to bring you new content while we are all stuck at home. Production level will return to normal once it is safe for us to bring in our team again.
