Postnatal LUNA Fusion 3 (All Levels)

Our signature LUNA Fusion class is a high intensity, low impact total body workout will provide you with a safe, sweaty, highly effective, yet still challenging way to exercise post-baby (regardless of how old your kiddos are!) By combining larger compound exercises with intervals of smaller, isometric movements we will get you to tap into the two main muscle types to help build strength, improve stability, balance & posture, and increase muscular endurance. We also add in functional movement exercises using a heavier weight to mimic daily movements we often do in motherhood to help you move safer & smarter throughout your day. We will teach you how to properly integrate your pelvic floor and deep core muscles into each exercise and movement, building a truly strong & functional core unit.
*3 or 5lb set of dumbbells
*Resistance band loop
*15lb kettlebell or heavier hand weight
