LUNA Yoga Sculpt is our unique blend of strength training & yoga. Combining a Vinyasa style flow with strength training exercises, we will get your heart rate up and your muscles burning, while keeping you feeling strong, safe, and centered during your practice, your pregnancy, and in motherhood.
