Get Started With LUNA
Regardless of where you are in your motherhood journey, the first thing you will want to do is learn our fundamental breathing, core + pelvic floor techniques and gain a deep understanding of the anatomy and physiology of your changing body. Please DO NOT skip this step! Our fundamental techniques are weaved into every workout and are necessary in helping you move safer and more effectively, while building strength and function in your pelvic floor and core. Without first learning these techniques you will not be able to reap the full benefits of our methodology.
