You can begin this program as early as a day post (vaginal) birth, and 1 week post c-section, however we feel that tis program is a great starting point for ALL mothers looking to reconnect to & restrengthen their core and pelvic floor after birth. Our 6 week rehabilitative program will teach you the fundamentals that will help you reconnect to your deep core muscles after pregnancy, aid in the healing process, and begin to regain strength, control, and proper function and is the pre-requisite to our Core Restore 6 week series.

Whether you just had your baby, are several weeks, moths, or years post-birth, this is the place to start rebuilding and becoming stronger than ever!
