Early Weeks Postnatal Rehab Program
7 Seasons
You can begin this program as early as a day post (vaginal) birth, and 1 week post c-section, however we feel that tis program is a great starting point for ALL people looking to reconnect to & restrengthen their core and pelvic floor and is a great starting point for anyone who is new to LUNA. Our early weeks rehabilitative program will teach you the fundamentals that will help you reconnect to your deep core muscles after pregnancy, aid in the healing process, and begin to regain strength, control, and proper function and is the pre-requisite to our Core Restore 6 week series. Remember that the healing journey is not linear, and looks different for everyone. While our core programs are set up as a weekly series, we encourage you to move at your own pace. If you finish a week and the next week's exercises feel too difficult or you notice any of the exercises are harder for you to maintain proper core engagement, you can always stay on one of the weeks for longer, until YOU feel ready to move on! Whether you just had your baby, are several weeks, moths, or years post-birth, this is the place to start rebuilding and becoming stronger than ever!
