You will gain the knowledge and tools you need to help you build a stronger and more functional core than ever before, and will help you build a stronger foundation for a safer return to exercise post-birth. Start to heal from Diastasis Recti & pelvic floor considerations, learn to better manage symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse and move in a safer and more supportive way, and restore overall core strength and function. Our Core Restore program is beneficial for mamas with children of ANY age! It is never too late (or too early) to heal and strengthen your core and pelvic floor post-birth!
