Pelvic Floor Strengthening Sequence
The pelvic floor needs to be able to lengthen and contract to function optimally. This strengthening circuit helps strengthen & balance muscles of the pelvic floor and aid in restoring function.
*If you are in the last few weeks of your pregnancy, we recommend spending some time lengthening the pelvic floor and releasing the muscles can help better prepare the pelvic floor for birth.
*Yoga block or firm pillow
