Who doesn't love a good booty burn?! This circuit is a great way to get the glutes activated and warmed up prior to a workout, but it also beneficial when done on its own to build strength, stability, and glute activation. While we primarily focus on the booty in this one, the pelvic floor and core are also key players!
*If you have symphysis pubis pain or pelvic discomfort, we recommend doing our pelvic pain circuit instead, as this one may potentially exacerbate certain symptoms of SPD. It can also be modified too.
